John W. Pauley, the owner of W.A. Stevens & Associates, has owned and managed general contracting firms since 1959. Prior to 1959, he was project superintendent, project manager, and project engineer and cost analyst on numerous projects, from the simple jobs to more complex multi-million dollar projects.
